About
We host workshops, also known as “camps,” that focus on embodied play, a juicy blend of movement, imagination and community.
We believe that play is the ultimate form of self-care and should be a staple in your wellness routine. Play is the first thing we learn how to do as a way to bond, form, and test relationships, and yet it is the first thing we abandon as adults in the name of more pressing obligations.
Our virtual and in-person camps, ongoing education, and play dates help you understand your play style so you can do more of what lights you up — allowing you to connect more deeply, rest more meaningfully, work more productively and live a more fulfilled life.
