Psssst… feeling nervous? Of course you are! Trying something new always takes us out of our comfort zone and that can be an uncomfy place to be, but it’s also how we grow. Some things that might be coming up for you:
“It’s not my thing.”
“I’m not good at it.”
“I can’t do it.”
“What will other people think if I’m silly?”
We get it, how human of you! We often feel the same way. But don’t let that stop you. You do not need to be artistic or athletic or extroverted; you just need to be open to the experience and down to try something new. Commit to getting curious with us and we promise you’ll have an experience you’ll never forget. Email us if you need some encouragement!
And remember, play is as important biologically as food or sleep, so let’s prioritize our self-care beyond our basic needs to be our happiest, healthiest, most connected selves.
Mini Camps
Mini camps are 90 minutes and begin with a mindfulness exercise followed by 1-3 activities rooted in play, imagination & community that rotate each month.

Day Camps
Day camps are 4-6 hours and include mindfulness, movement, collaborative exercises, solo activities and grounding. Please bring a notebook and make us aware of dietary restrictions as lunch will be served.
