Welcome to Playstate’s free 60-minute workshop, where we explore how play can be a powerful form of self-care — especially when you’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode.

Play isn’t something we grow out of; it’s something we forget how to prioritize. And the good news? We can learn how to access it again.

You'll learn:

  • Why rest alone isn’t always enough to recover from burnout

  • How play helps regulate your nervous system and restore energy

  • Simple ways to bring play into everyday life (no forced fun, promise)

You’ll leave with a few easy, play-based tools you can *actually* use when life feels heavy — and a fresh perspective on joy that doesn’t require MORE effort or productivity.

This workshop is for you if you’re:

  • Going through the motions instead of feeling present

  • Craving more joy, creativity, or lightness

  • Wanting self-care to feel supportive, not like another to-do
